Another muse from the Arc-V Mew AU, the same iteration as cryrebellion - in fact, this Yuuri comes from immediately after having been summarily wrecked by the four current members of Maiami Mew Mew plus Yuto and Yuya for having kidnapped that particular Shun to lure them all to Academia Testing Ground: Heartland. He has the charming little ability to drive animals into a blind rage just by being around him, and he can do the same to plants with a little focus and humans with use of his "compelling" voice. On top of that, he has what's considered 'standard gear' for Academia's higher-ups in his world; a teleportation device he wears under his sleeve (think the one Leo uses on Reiji in episode 41), and tucked just behind it, another sterile white band with a strange gem. This holds, for the moment, two 'mutators'; creatures that look like ghostly white jellyfish, and are the source of most of Academia's mutant creatures when combined with a human, plant, or animal. These are one-use only unless he can stay in the area to collect one after separation, and he's unlikely to risk using them on enemies as they'd become more powerful if easier to control, but he's definitely not above siccing one on passing wildlife to give you a LOT of trouble if he needs to.

However, he is as yet unaware of another power he possesses, hidden by Academia as it is not of use to a soldier - and because if he ever manages to break free of their brainwashing and manipulation, it could bring them down from the inside out...

For the moment, though, he's every bit the sadistic little prick we know and love.
